As he prepares for the release of his new album, the boldly titled "The Love & War MasterPeace", DMV crooner and soul man Raheem Devaughn has released a brand new mixtape, "Mr. February (March Madness)". Featuring appearances from Phil Ade, Wale, Tabi Bonney, DJ Jazzy Jeff and many more, "Mr. February" is a 23 song collection of original material, as well as, notable covers of popular songs. In other words, it's another worthy addition to the growing catalog of always quality music from Mr. Devaughn.
