Lord know
Diddy doesn't know
how to sing, or rap, or
support most of his artists, but he does know how to make a ton of money and put together a nice package, as we can hear on his new Dirty Money joint "
Loving You No More", which brings on guaranteed hit maker
Drake. As always, Diddy's the weak link here, even with his vocals run through the production ringer, but he's surrounded with enough nice vocals from Dirty Money compatriots
Dawn and
Kelena and a decent verse from Drizzy that it really doesn't matter. I'm not sure this is a huge hit, but it is a nice track, no doubt about it.
On a side note, mu gut reaction to Drake's "You still got underwear that's sittin in the dryer" was that it had potential "
Rap Lines That Make No Fucking Sense" potential, but then I thought about it more and realized it's actually kind of dope. On one level it helps him paint this picture of domesticity, and on the other he's very subtly alluding to how wet he gets her. And if you're thinking I'm going way too deep into one line, you clearly don't read me much.
I'd report a release date for "Last Train to Paris" but Diddy's going to change it 17 more times so I won't bother. Not that anyone's really waiting on pins and needles for it.
