Santigold Teams Up With Vans For Limited Edition Sneaker

Although Philly singer Santigold is in the studio working on her upcoming album the singer has still taken time to work on other projects. One project in particular is a collaboration between Santigold and skate brand Vans on a new sneaker. The full-grain leather, all black sneaker features a gold chain accent in the back and a gold “SG” pin on the tongue of the shoe which is designed by designer Jules Kim. See more...

For their 2010 fall/winter line of sneakers Vans Vault has pretty much stuck to the typical Vans formula of kicks inspired by skateboard culture. The lookbook is somewhat predictable for a brand like Vans. You’ve got your skinny jeans (and lots of them), long-haired skateboarders, and other various clichés.
