At first look these new Vans designed by photographer Mark "Cobra Snake" Hunter look like they feature some kind of abstract blend of patterns and colors. Although Philly singer Santigold is in the studio working on her upcoming album the singer has still taken time to work on other projects. One project in particular is a collaboration between Santigold and skate brand Vans on a new sneaker. For their 2010 fall/winter line of sneakers Vans Vault has pretty much stuck to the typical Vans formula of kicks inspired by skateboard culture. The lookbook is somewhat predictable for a brand like Vans. You’ve got your skinny jeans (and lots of them), long-haired skateboarders, and other various clichés.
