In the past year or so Wale has appeared on songs with so many R&B singers that I wouldn't be surprised if we find the rapper singing a hook or two on his next album. The only song which features both an R&B singer and Wale that I've really been impressed with was "Lotus Flower Bomb" with Miguel. In my review for Monica's comeback album "Still Standing" I wrote that she was doing much more than simply standing, she was celebrating. While Monica and her people will have plenty of bottles to pop this week as her album came in at the number two spot on the charts (damn you Justin Bieber, damn you). On the real, I couldn't be happier for Monica. Personally she's been through more drama than a telenovella, and throughout it all she's continues to make quality r&b, especially on "Still Standing".
