You can't help but hold your breath a little when someone releases a song featuring an artist that's no longer with us. So I was a little leery of Warren G's "Party We Will Throw Now" which includes appearances from both Nate Dogg and Game. Thinking back on it now though I think my fear primarily stemmed from that awkwardly worded song title. Plus, the song is a Warren G track and if there's anyone who can pull off a song featuring Nate Dogg it's definitely that guy.

And "Party We Will Throw Now" is pretty dope, it's classic West Coast. I am a bit on the fence about that Game verse though. It's not that his verse was bad he just didn't seem to fit that well on the song. Even though Snoop Dogg has dropped mediocre verse after mediocre verse I think a Snoop appearance on "Party We Will Throw Now" would have been absolutely magical.
