There aren’t many things in life that are more comical than VH1’s series of reality shows. I mean, how VH1 is able to find so many dysfunctional people is beyond me. This week VH1 announced the line-up of reality shows for their fall season. We’ve listed a handful of new shows VH1 will be introducing as well as our expert opinion on each.
“Real & Chance: Legend Hunters”

Wow, I really thought we were done with Real and Chance so just give me a second to let this sink in…Okay, I’m ready. What the hell VH1?! Fortunately, Real and Chance won’t be scouring through groups of overly eager women to find love instead they’ll attempt to find Bigfoot, The Chupacabrah, the Loch Ness Monster, and more in what appears to be some kind of an adventure reality show. We couldn’t make this stuff up if we tried. Premieres Sunday, September 19 at 9 PM.
"Football Wives”

Sadly, “Basketball Wives” was one of VH1’s break out hits last season so they of course had to follow up with another season of the show. This time the show will instead focus on the “wives” (baby mamas, ex-girlfriends, cheerleaders, etc.) of football players. Maybe the football “wives” can bring a little more class to this series. Okay, who are we kidding? Premieres Monday, October 11 at 9:30 PM.
"Carmelo and LaLa"

Now this is the reality show I’m most looking forward to watching. Compared to VH1’s other reality stars, newly-married couple Carmelo Anthony and LaLa Vasquez-Anthony seem quite tame so hopefully I can re-gain the brain cells lost while watching “Football Wives.” Premieres Sunday, September 19 at 10:30 PM.
"Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew"

After begging D-List celebrities to enter into rehab, “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew” was finally able to begin its new season in time for an October premiere. Quite frankly, the show sounds like a complete train wreck. And with “celebrities” like Frankie Lons (Keyshia Cole’s mama) and Janice Dickinson we’re sure it will be. Premieres Monday, October 11 at 10 PM.
