The Hundreds' spring/summer 2011
Public Label collection is pretty fly but the first thing I noticed about the collection is it looks much more like a fall line, from the colors used to the types of clothing. That being said it looks like a spring/summer collection you'd have to rock in Bangor, Maine or Seattle, places where the heat of spring/summer isn't at it's peak.
The Hundreds' Public Label collection features a variety of hoodies, jackets, button-ups, tanks, and more. Taking its inspiration from "vintage wartime America" the collection boasts a pretty simple palette of colors. You've got your blue's, grey's, olive's, and khaki's.
Aside from possibly being released during the wrong season I really like The Hundreds' collection mostly because it's simple. There aren't random graphics thrown on everything and the colors are pretty subtle. I also think it was kind of interesting that their collection was inspired by the 1940's naval era. The collection will be sold at
The Hundreds’ flagship stores and other specialty retailers.
