Hell Freezes Over, Soulja Boy Isnt Atrocious on “Too Faded” (Listen & Download)

When I heard Soulja Boy, perhaps better known around these parts as both the runner up for Worst Rapper Alive and Worst Rapper of 2011, had released a new song with "Rap Lines That Make No Fucking Sense" frequenter don't call me The Game I jumped on "Too Faded" like a lion on an asthmatic gazelle. But to my supreme amazement, it wasn't....my fingers can barely even type these words...that bad.

Off the bat, that beat's dead on as far as ignorant bangers are concerned, and Game's verse was legitimately solid and disappointingly free of non-nonsensical references, but that's not particularly surprising. That Soulja Boy verse though...don't get it twisted, it's still bad. But I was expecting atrocious x mind-boggingly stupid and this is, well, no worse than your average bad rapper.

This is more a testament to how unlistenable Soulja usually is, but could this be....his least horrible verse of the last couple years? I mean, the last time we heard from Soulja he was shouting out the KKK and sounding like he just ate a bucket of paint chips.

How could this have happened? Did Jayceon coach him up? Or am I even more drunk than usual? I'll have to turn things over to RefinedHype Nation:
