Yep, This Really Happened: Smokey Robotic x Redman “No Reality” (Listen & Download)

Yep, this really happened. Redman, the man responsible for the greatest MTV Cribs episode ever, just jumped on a track with ceaselessly experimental crew Smokey Robotic about the metaphysical nature of reality to go in over a The-Dream esque sounding beat from !llmind. I'll give you a few minutes to read that last sentence over.

I haven't seen a pairing this unlikely since Julia Roberts and Lyle Lovett. (Yep, you're right. That was the whitest reference I could have possibly made.) Regardless, it's going to take me a few more listens to figure out if "No Reality" really works. Like most risks, it's either a brilliant move, or a terrible one. Either way, at least we got a new, pretty hilarious verse out of Redman.

Seriously though, that "Cribs" episode was fucking amazing.
