On his newest record, "You Never Know," Memphis rapper Skewby serves up a hefty dose of "what if's" as he contemplates on where he'd be in his music career if he "lied in a song," if his "first single went plat," or if some minor decision was made differently. The record deals a lot with conforming, but the Tennessee spitter remains optimistic with the choices he's made in his career as he concludes the song by stating that he has "no regrets."

"You Never Know" boasts head-nod-worthy, slightly throwback production thanks to both DJ Charlie White's slightly boom-bappish work behind the boards and the addition of an occasional scratch towards the end of the record.
