Shawn Chrystopher Steps Onstage for His “Audition” (Mixtape Listen & Download)

As I've been writing recently, the west coast is experiencing a sizable revival (Nipsey Hussle, U-N-I, El Prez, Jay Rock, hell, even Freddie Gibbs is living in L.A. now), and right in the midst of all that sun soaked hip-hop is Shawn Chrystopher. A young emcee with an outsized flow and even bigger aspirations, there's been some serious buzz leading up to Chrystopher's latest project "Audition". At a solid fifteen tracks, if you weren't up on the burgeoning phenomenon that is Chrystopher, "Audition" will get you caught up to speed quickly.

Although this of course begs the question; what exactly is Chrystopher auditioning for? A major label deal? Underground respect? A cameo in the "A-Team" movie? All of the above? I guess we'll just have to stick around and find out.
