As those with enough good sense to listen to our last Hypemen podcast already know, Freddie Gibbs has a crew in the works featuring The Cool Kids, Bun B and Chip Tha Ripper, collectively knows as Pulled Over by the Cops, and today we got hit with the crew's first offering, the appropriately titled "Authority".

For "Authority" production duo Blended Babies takes the helm, crafting a much more laid back beat than we usually get over posse cuts about fighting cops, and Nate Santos (who most know for his work with Lupe Fiasco) laying down some vocals. On the lyrical tip Bun's absent from this go around, meaning the Gibbs is far and away the best emcee present. I can dig the occasional Cool Kids or Chip joint (pun intended), but they simply can't touch Gangster Gibbs on the mic.

I just call em like I hear em, and I don't see who's going to disagree.
