Urban clothing brand
Orisue gave fans of the brand a peek at their summer 2010 looks with their latest lookbook. The online lookbook consists of approximately 20 looks depicted in pictures taken on board a yacht and a neighboring pier. We take a look at a few pictures from Orisue’s new lookbook and give our Refined take on their latest collection.
Pros: The clothes are on point and at the end of the day that’s what it really comes down to, right? I’m especially feeling the t-shirt and tank with the patch pocket and the button ups.
Cons: Let’s lighten up on the Ray Ban Wayfarer’s and big-framed glasses por favor. They’re giving off a little too much of a hipster vibe and that’s never a good look. Aside from the irksome hipster shades, even though it is a summer lookbook I’m kind of getting tired of seeing the same settings for these lookbooks. How about hitting us with something a tad more inventive?
To Sum It Up: If I see another lookbook with people frolicking on the beach, on a boat, etc. I think I might quit the internet (okay, not really). Although Orisue did take part in what will probably be this seasons lookbook cliché’s (guys on boats, beachy settings) they still showcased a solid line and as I mentioned before that’s really all that matters.
