When it comes to the Air Jordan 2012 Year Of The Dragon, for me personally I feel like it's another case of "I'm more impressed with the packaging than the actual sneaker." More than anything I'm least impressed with the color scheme for Nike's latest Air Jordan. Blue and yellow? Are you kidding me? Those colors didn't even get their own remix from an unknown rapper when Wiz Khalifa's "Black & Yellow" came out. Okay, who am I kidding I'm sure there's probably close to 100 "Blue & Yellow" songs, but I think it's still an awful combination of colors.
Although it's hard to get past the blue and yellow color scheme I am impressed with the amount of detail that went into the Air Jordan Year Of The Dragon. The dragon surrounding the Jordan logo on the tongue of the sneaker is a nice touch as is the Chinese writing on the side of the sneaker. But what's really dope about the Air Jordan Year Of The Dragon is the packaging. There's three different shelves in the shoe box and each contain the following: shoes, inner bootie, and three different insoles.
