With shows like "Basketball Wives," "Bad Girls Club," and the dreaded "Maury Show" it seems like it was the perfect time for Nas to drop his latest song titled "Another Black Girl Lost." "Another Black Girl Lost" was released roughly 15 years after Nas' "Black Girl Lost" dropped, but both songs still seem pretty relevant in 2012. The updated version of "Black Girl Lost" kicks off with a hook that sounds like it was pulled from one of those "I Can't Control My Crazy Teen" episodes of the "Maury Show." And maybe it's the combination of the production on "Another Black Girl Lost" but I have to admit that the hook is pretty catchy.

Shout out to Nas and his alliteration in that first verse, now that's how you get your rap on. Nas goes on to kick off the second verse of the song by alluding to the many "rich girl fantasies" of this particular black girl lost including Chanel bags, brand new Jag, four-karat rings, etc. While I wouldn't say that Nas' "Another Black Girl Lost" tops "Black Girl Lost" I will say that he surely has another hit with this one.
