I'm glad Jacques wrote this article because now I have something to send people who look at me like I'm crazy when I say that, if I'm in the right mood, I love Jeezy's last album "The Recession." There's nothing better if I'm in a "i just want to turn my mind off and turn the music up" mood. |

It's funny how I don't like people seeing the music that I have in my mp3, because it's who I am, it defines me. Songs that I listen to lift my mood, comfort me, make me wanna dance, want to cry. Songs that you really connect to, that you really "feel" are the songs that most likely define you as a person. That is probably why one of my favorite songs (which is by my favorite MC and off my favorite album) is "Spaceship" by Kanye West, I'm always a dreamer, always working hard, but always feeling like you've accomplished nothing. My ten songs would be: "Go Ahead" Alicia Keys "Stolen Moments" Alicia Keys "She Wants to Move" N.E.R.D. "She Just Wanna Dance" Drake feat. Trey Songz "Good Morning" Kanye West "Fear" Drake "Spaceship" Kanye West "Touch the Sky" Kanye West "Runnin'" Tupac & Biggie "Mercury" Karina Pasian |
