More than a couple of my afternoons have been spent playing NBA Live, so when I heard EA Sports would be releasing a mixtape alongside the brand new NBA Live 10, produced by none other than Mick Boogie, I was more excited than 50 at a bulletproof vest sale.

The mixtape will feature a a collection of songs from the soundtrack, including never before heard tracks from 88 Keys, Afrika Bambaataa, B.o.B, David Banner, De La Soul, Dead Prez, Matt & Kim, Murs, Pete Rock, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Zion I and more.

The full mixtape will drop October 6, but in the meantime EA Sports is offering up a download of the dope "Class Of Our Own" featuring Mick Boogie, Kidz In The Hall, Donnis & Daytona. In the coming days they'll also be dropping B.o.B.'s "Mind Got Blown" on September 30, 2009 and De La Soul's "La La La," on October 2, 2009. (Stay tuned to RefinedHype for updates.)
