MF Doom x Radiohead “Retarded Fren”? Yeah, That Sh*t Really Happened (Listen & Download)

If it's true that real recognize real, than insane creativity recognize insane creativity. It's really the only explanation for MF DOOM and Radiohead's increasingly frequent collaborations. After Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke took it up himself to remix DOOM's 'Gazillion Ear", the supervillian and Yorke, along with Radio guitarist Jonny Greenwood, linked up to create the ridiculously dope "Retarded Fren".

No, that's not a typo, and no, I have no fucking idea what a fren is either. I'm guessing an intentional mispronounce of "friend". (See also: "That shit cray.")

You all saw how hard I geeked out over that Roots cover of DOOM, so yeah, I'm losing my shit over this. And as long as we're here, came across this video of Mos Def talking about why MF DOOM is one of his favorite emcees. Must watch for fans of either emcee.
