At this point I'm not just on the Mayday bandwagon, I'm driving the fucking bandwagon. I've been following the Miami crew's movements for a minute, but the release of their "Take Me To Your Leader" album, coupled with watching them open for Tech N9ne a few weeks ago, has cemented them as my favorite new hip-hop band.

So yes, I'd rather listen to some shit like "Do or Die" that didn't make "Take Me To Your Leader" than about 90% of the hip-hop out there. When you're leftovers are doper than most people's entrees, you know you're doing something right. There's just nothing better than some live instrument hip-hop in the hands of pros. Enjoy:
