Just so we're all clear about how big of a deal this is, Mariah Carey is the one of the best-selling artists of all-time. To date she's sold over 200 million albums and has a record 18 number one singles, so when she takes more than two years off to take care of her three children (Nick Cannon joke alert) her comeback single is pretty fucking huge.

So the fact that she chose Rick Ross and Meek Mill to provide the rapper features, or rather she chose Rick Ross and Ross insisted Meek be on the track as well, is about as big of a "Rick Ross is a superstar" co-sign as you're going to get. Then again, Mariah's got a long history of working with rappers no other R&B singer would dare touch.

Either way, "Triumphant" has some serious hit potential, which means Meek could be looking at his first number one. From this to guest spots with Mariah, who would have thunk? We'll just have to wait and see what other rappers Ms. Carey recruits for her upcoming album...might I suggest one Krispy Kreme?
