Although your average hip-hop fan (a.k.a. that dude who thinks every rappers from Atlanta or New York) would be hard pressed to name many rappers from Minneapolis, the northern city has a thriving hip-hop scene full of some of the nation's finest microphonists, and we can now add
Mally to that list. A lyrically astute rapper with the delivery to match, Mally's not shy about letting you know just how good he is. In fact, his latest track is called "
The Savior". Produced by
Rem, "The Savior" is a biblical track that's sure to get the Minneapolis scene, and the nation at large, talking (he does vow to never kiss Minn. rap hero Slug's ass).
If you've got the feeling that Mally could indeed be rap's savior, you can can hear more from the man on his album "Passion",
