Lupe Fiasco Gets “Turnt Up” on New Freestyle (Listen & Download)

You know what, I'm officially declaring today Lupe Fiasco Freestyle Day here on RefinedHype. Just an hour after I posted Lupe's most recent work, his lyrically devastating cover of "Say Something", I got hit with "Turnt Up", a surprisingly Southern banger featuring Lupe dropping an almost trap music style flow. I can't remember ever hearing Lupe spit over a beat like this, and with a swagger like this. We're witnessing hip-hop history here folks.

As regular readers know I've been on a mission to stop calling tracks "freestyles" unless they're actually made up off the top of the dome, but I'm a little torn on what to do here. "Turnt Up" very well could be a legitimate freestyle. What do y'all think? Is this an actual freestyle?
