Lupe Fiasco’s “I’m Beaming” Finally Officially Drops (Listen & Download)

It's been a long, strange road for Lupe Fiasco's latest track "I'm Beaming". Produced by The Neptunes, hence the electronically drunk synths, the track was leaked about a month ago, prompting Atlantic to crack down on the leakers like the Chinese government. Atlantic's apparently now given up all hope of the track making it onto Lupe's "Lasers" album and decided they might as well officially release it, build some buzz and maybe make a couple iTunes dollars. That's a lot of craziness for a track that's good but not great.

"Failure's my last name, Never's my first one." That's got to be a dope flip of Drake's "First name Ever, last name Greatest" right? That can't be a coincidence? Oh, and if you haven't downloaded Lupe's "Enemy of the State" mixtape yet, shame on you sir. Shame on you.

tdotraza	I thought the Drake flip was just okay. I preferred some of these... "I'm out in left field, I'm speaking mentally/But that's a better place than where the benches be." "It's never cyclops- it's never I alone." "You see the tears of fire, when I'ma songs/Now the world's shoulders is what I'm cryin' on" Key point is that -for Lupe- this is midrange, lol.
