The great thing about the interwebs, besides all the free porn, is that artists can just release music that for whatever reason couldn't make it through official channels (sample clearances, label politics, etc.). In other words, when Hi-Tek's chilling at home looking through his catalog and comes across a dope Little Brother track he did that never saw the light of day, boom, problem solved.

Of course sometimes tracks like "I Got Work For Ya" don't get released because they're not good enough for the public's ears, but that's definitely not the case here.
