Killer Mike Offers Free “I Pledge Allegiance to the Grind II” (Listen & Download)

In order to build some hype around the third edition of his "I Pledge Allegiance" series, former Outkast wingman and current independent grinder Killer Mike (or as he now likes to be called, Mike Bigga) has teamed up with HipHopDX to bring you a free release of his dopely wound album, "I Pledge Allegiance to the Grind Part II", an album I said was so hard it could jump start a dead man's heart in my DJBooth.net review.

Or as Killer himself would say: "...at that moment in time ["Pledge II"s release], everything had just started going bad - on a national level and on a global level. People were kind of seeing that it's not gonna be good anymore, so people had to make drastic changes in their life to assert more control and authority. The guy that puts on a Coca-Cola uniform or a Fed Ex or UPS uniform...in Hip Hop, our lives are an extension of that. Whether a writer or a deejay, we're built on working-class, blue-collar values, so I try to speak to those people."
