The Kid Daytona is definitely one of those artists I've come to slowly. I've heard his name around for a minute and enjoyed the tracks I heard here or there, but it's only in the lead up to his new project, "The Interlude II", that I really started to pay attention - and I'm digging what I'm hearing. This makes me want to really go back and catch the fuck up on Daytona, which is pretty much the definition of a successful project.

"Interlude II" includes featured from Action Bronson, Melanie Fiona, Goapele, Kardinal Offishall and more and features production from 6th Sense, Harry Fraud, The Heatmakerz and others. Daytona's definitely on my radar from here on out.
