Damnit, I Actually Really Like This Kelly Rowland ft. Lil Wayne “Motivation” (Listen & Download)Posted by Nathan S. on 03/03/11 | Filed under Top Stories, Downloads, Lil Wayne, Kelly Rowland, Radio Ready, R&B |

You know what, I'm not apologizing for diggin "Motivation". Jim Jonsin usually does far more pop beats, but here he's crafted a purely r&b joint that often borders on straight soul. The same goes for Kelly's vocals - she's apparently dropped that club/techno thing she was doing and gone back to her roots. And you know what? I don't mind this Weezy verse at all. It's the kind of slow flow he failed with so badly on "Shades", but here it works. So fuck it, I'm a "Motivation" fan. Hey, I have a baby daughter at home for a reason.
On a closing note, if I ever do a "R&B Lines That Make No F**king Sense" column I'm including "When we're done I don't want to feel my legs." I'm all for intense sex, but actual paralysis might be going a little far.
