Quick Hit: It Looks Like Even Lil’ Kanye (Circa 1996) Was A Dope Rapper (Video)

It's pretty cool that we have this vintage footage of Kanye West and he was pretty dope even at that age, but does anyone else find it a little crazy that this video is actually being used to promote the other guy in the video, rapper Phenom? This has to be the worst ever way to promote yourself. Throw up an old video of yourself rapping with a now Hip-Hop megastar...oh, I'm sure all eyes are gonna be on you.
