Joe Budden, Fabolous, Lloyd Banks & Royce Da 5’9” “Remember the Titans” (Listen & Download)

I'll admit I give Joe Budden a hard time (I did call him a "Kanye West weekly series dick rider") but there are only a small handful of rappers I'd post two track from in one day, and he's one of them. For my money, he's simply got the best pen in the game. So when he dropped the heavily collaboed "Remember the Titans" just hours after we got "No Idea" I really had no choice. So here we are.

I'm not gonna front, "Remember the Titans" the movie always makes the room a little dusty. Man, when Avon Barksdale is in that hospital room with the guy from Sons of Anarchy....sorry, I got a little distracted there. This track had nothing to do with that movie. Over a beat made for lyrical work, Fabolous starts off the festivities with one of those street flows he came up on (plus a ridiculous Jeff Goldblum reference), Budden comes in on his aggressive ish, Lloyd Banks lays down a solid flow and Royce anchors things with some typically insane spit. In other words, you know what's coming.



(Kanye's claim that Banks is one of the top 5 alive is looking crazier by the minute. I've got him as the third/fourth best on this track alone.)
