Between all the model fucking, arrests, Twitter meltdowns, and Twitter meltdowns about models he fucked, sometimes it's easy to forget that Joe Budden is, when he really puts his mind to it, one of the best lyricists alive. The man can just flat out rap, and along the way he might just drop some of the illest lines you've heard in a minute.

Case in point, Joey's new intro for his "Mood Muzik Box Set". Ironically the same thing that makes him so ill makes him so hard to listen to. Eminem has always known how to destroy a microphone, even violently, while still be entertaining. I can only take so much six minute Budden songs before I start feeling like sitting in the garage with the engine running.

Speaking of which, his "Mood Muzik Box Set", featuring all four volumes of his album series, is due out soon. That means a lot of depression, and a lot of dopeness. Enjoy in moderation.
