Jeff Cherry is “Fearless” (Listen & Download)

I'm not going to lie to you, I've had Jeff Cherry's new cut "Fearless" on repeat for about an hour now, mostly because that Jimmy Chiba beat is absolutely epic, just the definition of a banger. But I have to give it up to Cherry as well. Lesser rappers (cough, cough, Gucci Mane) would have ruined this beat with swag-talk, but Cherry spits a ducking and dodging flow that only amplifies the track's energy. Throw in a solid guest verse from Harlems Cash and a decent hook from Kalaj Dame and you've got my new favorite quasi-guilty pleasure track. If your heads not nodding to this one, you're Stephen Hawking. See, Hawking's paralyzed, so he can't move his neck, which....nevermind.

Cherry may be fearless, but I'm scared of flying. I still do it all the time, but unless I pay a little visit to the airport bar before takeoff I'll be sweating the whole way. Now that's real talk.
