Jay-Z Joins Snoop Dogg for “I Wanna Rock (Kings G-Mix)” (LIsten & Download)

Seems like every rapper on the planet took a shot at going in over Snoop's "I Wanna Rock", so it's only fitting that the Doggfather himself took another crack at that viciously dope beat, this time bringing in none other than Jay-Z for the "I Wanna Rock (Kings G-Mix)". In addition to a new, g-ed up verse from Snoopy, Hova laces a verse of his own that's heavily influenced by Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock's classic "It Takes Two". On the real, Hova didn't blow me away on this one - he and Snoop collabo so rarely it's disappointing that "The Kings G-Mix" isn't a classic - but I'll still take it over 99% of the wack "freestyles" over this beat we've been forced to listen to.

The tracks off the impending "More Malice", a remix album to Snoopy D-O-Double-G's "Malice in Wonderland".

Maybe I'm alone on this one, but I couldn't help but be a little disappointed by Hova's verse. He had a few good lines, but overall it's not that memorable. Anyone else?

Disagree. Jay's 16 is tight.
but sometimes (recently) he is relying to much on his "Uhhh's" and "Yeah's"
I still haven't heard the new Snoop. Might have to get it now.
