Jay Electronica Declares “Victory” (Mixtape Listen & Download)

Every few months a new emcee gets anointed as the future savior of hip-hop - we'll leave the question of whether hip-hop needs to be saved for another time - and right now that messiah is Jay Electronica. Despite having no full length album to his name, the underground has been jumping on everything Jay releases harder Tiger Woods on a pornstar, so they'll be sure to get all over "Furious Styles & DJ Dub Present: Jay Electronica – Victory Mixtape". A sometimes banging, sometimes abstract, sometimes just plain dope work, "Victory" is an aptly named effort, even if I'm not entirely sure what he's declaring victory over.

Yeah..um...apparently "track names are irrelevant in the musical journey that Jay Electronica had provided", so download links and mixtape preview are under the not-a-tracklist. I can tell you this, the mixtape is pretty damn big; 27 tracks in all.
