Jared Evan Uncovers Coldplay for “Yellow” Cover (Video & Download)

Lot going on when it comes to Jared Evan's cover of Coldplay's breakthrough hit "Yellow", so much so that I'll might have to attack it outline style. Let's get cracking.

First, right off the bat props to Jared for not calling this a freestyle.

Second, as we've already discussed, I fucks with Coldplay. Yeah, that's right, it's not uncommon for Juicy J, Mobb Deep and Coldplay to play back to back to back when my iPod's on shuffle. Deal with it people who think I'm only allowed to listen to the shit they listen to.

And last but not least, I'm a Jared Evan fan. Like the Johnny Cash cover he just did, the man's not only pushing some musical boundaries, he's making some legitimately cinematic and entertaining videos. If more artists did shit like teaming up with director Rik Cordero for a series like "Uncovered" instead of doing the same "rap over the same hot beat everyone else is" thing we'd all be a lot better off.
