At least there's one producer out there who's not trying to be a rapper. Frequent Joe Budden collaborator J. Cardim makes ill beats, and instead of ruining them with his subpar rapping, he's more than happy to have some of the best rappers on the planet go in over his boardwork. Hence, "The In Crowd", a new mixtape featuring nothing but original Cardim beats and one of the best rap rosters you're ever going to see on a mixtape: Ludacris, Jadakiss, Juelz Santana, Joe Budden, ODB, Styles P, Emilio Rojas, Termanology and a lot, lot more.

And just in case you missed it in the list above, yes, there's a new ODB track (you can listen to the track below). It's reportedly the last verse he recorded before he died. Craziness. R.I.P. Roll Fizzlebeef.

I should also mention that Cardim is offering a tag-free version for sale on iTunes. In other words, he's holding the project hostage, hoping you find the tags he included so aggravating you're willing to spend money to make them stop. Actually, from an artist's perspective, it's kind of a genius idea.
