With numerous albums sold, countless tours, and various business ventures it should come as no surprise that Jay-Z, Diddy, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Birdman are among the top five Hip-Hop moneymakers according to Forbes. Forbes'
"Cash Kings 2011: Hip-Hop’s Top 20 Earners" list features the usual suspects as well as a few newcomers. Among those newcomers are Nicki Minaj, Wiz Khalifa, and Atlanta rapper B.o.B. There are also quite a few artists who made it onto 2010's list but didn't quite make it this year and they include Lil Jon, Common, T.I., and Gucci Mane. Anyone else find it a tad ironic that despite beefing years ago rappers Rick Ross and 50 Cent both made the same amount of money in the past year?
