This Week in General Awesomeness: Kate Upton Returns, LL Cool J Knocks Out Intruder & More

We all know that "Fails of the Week" is the most popular (non-booty related) series on RefinedHype, but last week I decided to flip the script a little with "This Week in General Awesomeness", and the result was popular enough that I'm bringing it back for a second week. This week we tackle LL Cool J's personal burglar alarm, DMX' "Reading Rainbow" remix and more.

LL Cool J's publicist will only say that he's "...committed to keeping his family safe and is cooperating with authorities." What that means in reality is that when 56-year-old Texas man Jonathan Kirby decided to break into LL Cool J's home, LL responded by breaking Kriby's jaw, nose and ribs. Let that be a lesson to all you rapper-robbers out there - next time rob Canibus' house, instead of beating you up he'll probably only attack yo with a notebook.

Could have put this as a fail for the robber, decided to focus instead on LL's general awesomeness.

When you work at a shitty job you've got to find some way to pass the time. And if that involves programming the register to give "best butt" discounts, then so be it. Seems like a pretty cheap discount though, maybe the booth wasn't that "best".
