G-Shock Basic Black, A Must Have For The Amateur Watch Connoisseur (Pics)

I strongly believe that cool watches make the world go round. And G-Shock's new 2012 Basic Black is definitely one of those watches. Personally, I feel like the simpler the watch is the better it typically looks. While it might seem kind of cute to rock a watch that looks like it was inspired by a pack of Skittles it probably isn't. With that being said the G-Shock Basic Black is the epitome of simple. There's no bells and whistles when it comes to this watch and that's a good thing. The watch is all-black, which makes it a great everyday watch, although you will get a splash of color thanks to the blue-green backlight.

The G-Shock Basic Black will be released next month and can be purchased at GShock.com. It's unclear how much the watch will retail for.
