When Freeway Raps, You Better “Listen” (Stream)

Over the past year Freeway has been slowly but steadily moving towards the "underground" side of the map, revealing him to be a much deeper and doper emcee than many might have assumed from the "Flipside" days. As further proof the Philly Freezer offers up "Listen", a Jake One produced cut off his upcoming "Diamond in the Ruff" album.

Yep, that's right. Freeway's now an uplifting, politically conscious emcee, and a damn good one at that. (Don't worry, Free's use of the word "swag" is limited to the quasi-joking intro.) Who else is making Patrick Henry references? Dopeness.
