Fat Joe Again Recruits 82,000 Rappers For His New Record, “Yellow Tape” (Listen)Posted by Danielle Harling on 10/29/12 | Filed under Downloads, Lil Wayne, ASAP Rocky, French Montana, Fat Joe |

"Yellow Tape" finds the Terror Squad emcee swapping verses with A$AP Rocky and French Montana amidst a familiar sounding hook from Lil Wayne. Like a lot of artists who've been in the game for a minute and are attempting to keep their careers current, I'm finding that rather than stick with what best suits him musically Fat Joe tends to conform and go with whatever sounds hot for the moment. And such is the case with this record.
"Yellow Tape" isn't an awful record, but it sounds a lot like any given record released in the past few months or so. Also, I'm pretty sure it's likely not that buzzworthy record Fat Joe was hoping for.
