Fittingly, I just finished having a little convo about this very topic via ye olde Twitter. I don't understand why do many people seem to think Fabolous sucks. Yeah, I know he's had some radio singles, but look over the course the man's career - dude can rhyme.

I'm gonna have to give it some serious thought before I call him the best punchline rapper in hip-hop, but he has to be in the conversation. Case in point, "So NY" may not be the greatest song in the history of hip-hop, but I don't see how I you can hear this shit and not think Loso can rap.

And while everyone seems to be calling this a "Lil Wayne" diss because of the relatively tame "I'm so New York Weezy probably don't like me," I think the opening "You gotta go to L.A. if you lookin for Diddy / you gotta check CT if you checkin for Fiddy / ni**gas in Paris, but what about the city?" is much more likely to cause a little friction.

Whatever, Fabolous can rap and I dig "So NY". It really is that simple, enjoy:
