El Prez Likes It “Animal Style!” (Mixtape Listen & Download)

First things first, the title of El Prez' new mixtape/album/mixalbum, "Animal Style!" isn't about beastiality (deep sigh of relief). It's a reference to a hamburger chain that originated in SoCal called In-N-Out, and refers to a special way they prepare the burger and fries that only the locals and savvy customers even knew existed, on a “secret” menu. Glad we got that cleared up.

Second, for those who aren't familiar with rising SoCal star El Prez, and for those who are, "Animal Style" is a collection of some of the innovative emcees best work from the past few months. Presented by IM-King clothing, 2Dopeboyz.com, DJBooth.net, and the FCC, “Animal Style!” features appearances from Shawn Crystopher, Donwill, Von Pea, Freddie Gibbs, Diz Gibran and more. Much like the burger it derives it's name from, "Animal Style" can only be consumer by those in the know, but with hip-hop this delicious, don't expect El Prez to stay a secret for long.
