not bad.... i mean dissapointing. it still has potential if verses are tweaked and hook is better. also, it would be nice if i could actually understand wat they sayin. sound quality pretty bad. i kno kno, not ur fault. |

hmmm...beat is ok nothing special, Boi1da beats sound better than this one. Not what i was expecting from dre. After all he won the Vibe best producer of all time award. If this an indication of Detox, a lot of people's hopes & expectations will be dashed...maybe im expecting too much from the godfather of hiphop. Then again maybe my expectations are too high. Maybe im expecting Detox to be another game changer like the previous two...maybe...just maybe. |

This was obviously leaked before it was finished, but at least Dre hasn't lost his sense of music and what makes people move. |

I have had 0 expectations for anything Dre has released. It's always gonna be a "gotta listen to this", but I just don't attach hype to it. It's not like his album's coming out! Heh, but seriously, I just lack the ability to have expectations when listening to something like this. And well, knowing that, I can safely say that I still don't like it too much. It seems a bit on the LCD (lowest common denominator) appeal, on pretty much most edges. Just with better (potential-wise) artists. |

For the record, I'd agree that this probably isn't the absolute finished version, but I can't imagine what Dre still needs to add to make this a dope track...unless it's an entirely new song. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig. So to speak. |
