This Dr. Dre Chrysler Commercial is Painfully Ironic (Video)

Over the weekend Dr. Dre's commercial for Chrysler, a follow-up to Eminem's Super Bowl commercial, leaked, and it's so unintentionally ironic I frankly find it hard to believe it was made. But before we get into all that, the 2012 Chrysler 300 S series features a 10 speaker Beats By Dre system and a safety feature that, if the car should crash, will put the driver into a coma for several years while Skylar Grey floats above him.

Really? The ad agency decided a "good things come to those who wait" theme was a good idea for a man who has the most delayed album in hip-hop history? Here's how that voice over should have gone.

"Some people say, good things come to those who wait. Those people have obviously never waited for a fucking album for eleven years. The truth is, good things come to those who work. For example, if instead of making music you work on Dr. Pepper commercials and overpriced headphones, you'll make a ton of money. And that's a good thing.

Who work later, and work harder. mostly on their abs. They're willing to go farther than anyone else to get them, even if that means having 50 Cent inject them with steroids. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, like say 'Detox', huh, you'll be waiting for a long time."
