My fellow rap nerds won't even read this, they already know what to expect from a Delicious Vinyl 25th Anniversary mix and are busy listening. For the rest of you, let me quickly break it down. Delicious Vinyl was truly one of the first true west coast hip-hop labels, some true founders of hip-hop culture.

At their peak, DV wsa turning out classics from the likes of Masta Ace, Pharcyde, J Dilla and many more. So when they recruit the legendary Pete Rock to mix together the best of their catalog for their 25th anniversary celebration, that means you're getting a quarter century of hip-hop history transformed into an hour of pure dopeness.
