Cypress Hill Goes Dubstep, Still Love to “Roll It, Light It” (Listen & Download)

I may not be old in comparison to the average American, but in hip-hop's youth-fetishizing culture I may as well be playing bocce and eating pureed prunes. And like all old people if there's anything I don't like, it's change. So yes, I am a little freaked out to hear
Cypress Hill joining the dubstep movement on new release "
Roll It, Light It". If I had my way the L.A. crew would still be turning out tracks like "
I Could Just Kill a Man". But I'm also a man of the times, so even I have to admit, this Cypress Hill x dubstep kind of...goes.
Of course it helps that the track's still about smoking weed. At least in that regard (the regard of massive THC consumption) the more things change, the more they stay the same. Hell, I'm even actually excited to hear Cypress and producer
Rusko's upcoming EP, set to drop in April.
Maybe I'm not
that old after all.
