I'm sure a large percentage of people tend to lose a little excitement when they hear that yet another rapper has chosen to rap over the beat from a popular Rick Ross song. The latest rapper to give in to this fad is none other than the Bronx's own Cory Gunz. But unlike most rappers with a penchant for Rawse songs Cory Gunz manages to make his verse on "Stay Schemin" just as good as any verse on the original. Cory's version of the song is being promoted as a freestyle, but you know how that goes. You say freestyle, I say written. Either way it's still a pretty dope "freestyle" in my opinion.

So Cory Gunz' "freestyle" is nice, but is it the smartest idea for a rapper who was recently caught with guns to rap over the beat from a song titled "Stay Schemin?" Now that's debatable. Less schemin, more rapping Mr. Gunz.
