Common Drops The Original Version Of “Ghetto Dreams” And It’s Pretty Dope (Listen & Download)

To say that Common can hold his own would be a tremendous understatement so of course the original version of "Ghetto Dreams" which features three verses from Common instead of a verse from Nas is hella dope. I'm glad that Common went with the version featuring Nas for the album, but I'm not mad at this version at all and it still features Nas on the hook.

With his two added verses Common pretty much sticks to the theme of his first verse and continues rapping about his ghetto dream which just happens to be a woman. I think this version of "Ghetto Dreams" is also the raunchiest we've ever heard Common lyrically especially that last verse...woah dere Common.
