After launching other people's singles into the stratosphere with his hooks and production work (see "Nothin' On You" and "Billionaire"), Bruno Mars is embarking on a campaign to earn some solo shine, and the first offering off his upcoming debut album is the heartfelt "Just the Way You Are" (awwwwww). Built around a slow, almost Alicia Keys-esque piano beat from Bruno's production team The Smeezingtons, "Just the Way You Are" is further proof after his last track "The Other Side" that Bruno's got some solo star power.

This may not be your personal jam, but I can guarantee you it's going to be your girl's jam, so you'd best download it now. Seriously ladies, I know you're loving this one - which means the chances of it exploding on the charts are high. In case you haven't already figured it out, women run the charts.
