Yo, You Ever Hear the Original Sample on Jay & Timbo’s “Big Pimpin”?

I was reading a recent story on a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Jay-Z and Timbaland (& Roc-A-Fella & Warner Bros. & Linkin' Park & anyone who even thought about touching the sample) alledging that the original sample for "Big Pimpin" wasn't cleared when I thought, "wait, what the hell is the original sample? I just couldn't wait for a "Production Breakdown", so I set out to do a little research.

Some quick Google work later and boom, I learned that Timbo grabbed it from an obscure Egyptian pop singer named Abdel Halim Hafez and his semi-hit “Khosara, Khosara”. Well I'll be damned if that isn't one of the illest samples I've ever heard. Seriously, check this shit out. Come on, now that's an amazing sample. Man I miss the good 'ol Timbaland, that man was a genius.
